Cases Heard by the Rincon Court of Appeals

Established in March 2019, the Rincon Court of Appeals hears appeals of judgments issued by the Rincon Civil Trial Court, and appeals from the Intertribal Court of Southern California in which the Rincon Band is a party.

The first case before the Rincon Court of Appeals was adjudicated by the Honorable Justices James Ware (Presiding), Arthur J. Gajarsa, and Matthew L.M. Fletcher.  Read the Court's April 2, 2020 Opinion.
