Appearances before the Rincon Civil Trial Court and the Rincon Court of  Appeals

All hearings, trials, and oral arguments occur virtually, unless otherwise advised by the Court.  The Court Clerk will provide information for virtual appearances on a case-by-case basis.

Hours of Operation

The Rincon Civil Trial Court and Rincon Court of Appeals are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., holidays excepted.

Please note document(s) may be electronically filed with the Court from Monday through Friday until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, holidays excepted.

If submitting your document(s) on paper, you must make prior arrangements with the Clerk, and your filing must be received before 4:30 p.m. on the date due.  (RTC § 3.322(g)(4).)
