How to Pay Your Fees*

The Rincon Civil Trial Court and Rincon Court of Appeals accepts payments by check, money order, credit card, and PayPal.

All applicable filing fees must be paid at the time documents are filed with the Court
If paying by check or money order, payment must be received at the time of filing
When paying your filing fees by credit card or PayPal, forward your payment confirmation email to Clerk@RinconTribalCourt.org and include the following information:
- Your full name
- The Rincon Court in which you are filing
- The case number
- A list of the documents you are filing

When paying bar fees or dues by credit card or PayPal, forward your payment confirmation email to Clerk@RinconTribalCourt.org and include the following information:

- Your full name
- The Rincon Court Bar for which you are paying bar fees/dues
- Your bar number
- The type of fees paid

*Payments made through this site are for fees or bar dues in connection with the Rincon Civil Trial Court and the Rincon Court of Appeals. For payments to the Intertribal Court of Southern California, please check the payment procedures for that Court.
